The Transport Office takes your transport order, prepares the Forwarding Agent Guarantee, and is responsible for ensuring that precisely your car(s) arrive(s) safely at the agreed time and place.
The Transport Office has as a goal that cars that are ordered and are ready for pick-up from Tuesday morning, will be at the terminal by the weekend.
Because money transfers often prevent us from picking up your car(s), it is best for both parties if you yourself check that the money transfer is complete before submitting your order to Øivind Johansen Transport AS.
