Export documents must be completed and stamped in the country the car is purchased/transported from.
Effective 1 September 2006, it is no longer possible to prepare export documents in Sweden for cars purchased other places in Europe. This is because the EU requires that export documents be completed and stamped in the country where the car is purchased/transported from.
